1.  Email Amy D'Souza  at amydsouzabusiness@gmail.com outlining your social media marketing/business support needs/contact information.

2.  I will email you confirmation that the assignment has been received and confirm the due date. 

4.  I will correspond with you directly via email /telephone/text as needed.  
 
5.  Meetings can be conducted virtually via Gmail Hangouts Video Calls and/or Skype or if geographically possible or required can also be conducted in person at my home office by appointment only.    

6.  Once the task is completed, it will be returned to you by the date agreed upon.

7.  I will email you an invoice (bi-weekly)  

8.  Invoices NOT PAID within 24 HRS of receipt are subject to a 1% weekly finance charge and NO further services will be provided until invoices are PAID IN FULL. *Please note: creative projects are to be paid in full upon completion and prior to receipt of the finalized version of the creative design.

9.  Method of payment preferred: Online E-transfer * If you prefer to pay via credit card - special arrangements can be made and a payment convenience/service  fee of 5% will apply on each invoice/payment.
 
10.  I charge a competitive hourly rate and offer three payment options:
OPTION #1 = Pay As You Go = hourly rate /paid bi-weekly - * Account must remain in good standing 
OPTION #2 = Pre-Paid Account= discounted hourly rate/replenish on as needed basis
OPTION #3= Project Based = Pricing per project ie. logo design, website setup etc. *pricing varies
